Psychic & Psionic Information: She's a certified Weird Girl, but she's very much physically human. The only notable thing for psychics is she has a Persona, Al Azif, who is able to communicate within her mind. They have a feminine voice, but they are an eldritch abomination, so Futaba refers to them with plural gender neutral pronouns.
Magical Information: As a Persona user, she is privy to a number of Navigator skills which she can use by "hacking" the world around her.
Medical Information: She's an ex-hikikomori, and thus has some minor things like a vitamin D deficiency you wouldn't believe, but overall is pretty healthy, especially at this point.
